Jeff Seabloom and former Founder Jeff Cosby began working in sourcing advisory together in 2013 on a multitude of strategic sourcing projects for enterprise clients.  It was imperative to have Jeff S join Marvel DC in July 2024 is a distinguished executive who brings a wealth of experience to Marvel DC having led provider coaching, global transformations and strategic initiatives across various industries. Most Recently: As Managing Director at Accenture, Jeff focused on the Accenture Google bus

Mike joined Marvel DC in May 2024 as a Director advising on one of our first provider coaching engagements. Jeff and Mike worked closely on a large sourcing advisory project in 2023 cementing the need to have Mike join Marvel DC.  Mike brings more than 40 years of experience to Marvel including IT strategic sourcing; business case development; drafting market-ready statements of work; service deliverypartner evaluation and selection; contract negotiations; organizational design; and service transition in support of Fortune 500 clients.

Cynthia is a sourcing advisory Director for Marvel-DC, bringing 25 years of strategic sourcing experience and collegial relationships with most of the Marvel-DC staff dating back a decade and more. Cynthia has advised on IT tendering, contract creation and sourcing implementations, managed services transition, client-service provider governance optimization and operating process alignment, and transformation/organizational change management and communications across multiple industries.   

 Joined Marvel DC in June 2024 as a Director and Advisor.  He is a long-term outsourcing professional with over 25 years of experience in delivery of strategic sourcing, outsourced services, buying and using outsourced services, and as a sourcing advisory across the outsourcing spectrum from strategic planning through implementation and management. Ed has engaged in over 100 complex sourcing transactions with Large Enterprise clients, as well as, advising our Provider clients through our provider coaching methodology.

Charles has over 30 years in Sourcing Advisory involved in over $2 billion of sourcing engagements, working with clients and service providers to define requirements, select participating service providers, execute the process for all phases of the Collaborative sessions between client teams and service provider teams. Charles has been participated in over 30 of client IT, AMS, BPO and Transaction sourcing engagements.

Bruce joined Marvel DC in August 2024. He brings deep strategic sourcing experience with software providers serving the Financial Services, Banking and Retail verticals, and brings a proven ability to grow long term relationships with large Customers. A sourcing advisory expert and contract negotiator, he rapidly develops executable strategies into executable plans with measurable results.

Beth joined Marvel-DC as a Director in Summer 2024, having jointly worked sourcing advisory engagements with Marvel Principal and Owner Jeff Cosby for several years at ISG. Beth’s decades of strategic sourcing advisory experience span IT sourcing, managed services transition, client-service provider governance optimization and operating process alignment, sales training for provider deal teams, and sourcing change management and communications across multiple industries.  

Joining in August 2024 Stuart as a Director at Marvel DC. Stuart has 30 plus years of International strategic sourcing experience in the sourcing advisory industry. Starting out on the Supplier side in the UK before moving to the US taking various roles including at one time being a Partner at ISG/TPI. In 2009 Stuart started his own successful consulting business and since then has led numerous sourcing engagements working for multiple marquee clients running bids involving multiple Service Prov

Andy is a strategic sourcing Director of Marvel DC. He is a Sourcing Professional with over 30 years of professional leadership sourcing advisory expertise.
